遠象 Vision
雅麗氏何妙齡那打素醫院自一八八七年由前倫敦傳道會創建，素以基督對病人的關懷、憐憫、 愛顧為服務之本，務求實踐基督教會的醫療使命，使人得享豐盛生命。
踏入第二世紀的服務，那打素醫院將會配合世界衞生組織倡議「二零零零年全人健康」的 全球策略，亦按着醫管局的使命提供醫院服務，更積極推行基層社區健康服務。
Founded by the former London Missionary Society in 1887, Nethersole strives to serve patients and the community with the love, tenderness and concern of Christ, to fulfill the healing mission of the Christian church, bringing life to mankind in its fullness.
Entering the second century of service, Nethersole is committed to working towards the World Health Organization's global strategy of ''Health for All 2000'' through delivery of quality hospital services consistent with the mission of the Hospital Authority, and the active promotion of primary and community healthcare service initiatives.

To bring life to mankind in its fullness through enhancement of wellness of the total person and compassionate care of the sick.
目標 Goals
提供以受顧者之需要和利益為本的優質醫院服務。 建立一個關懷病人、竭誠服務、具高效率、善用資源及群策群力的醫護群體。 推動市民承擔個人健康責任，參與社區健康活動，建立健康的社區。
To provide quality hospital service to meet the needs and in the interest of the clients. To build a caring, dedicated, frugal and efficient health care team.
To establish a healthy community where everybody takes up personal health responsibility and participates in community health programme.
