護理、健康護理、基本體能訓練、護送、
家務協助、購物及膳食等服務，使他們能
夠在自己熟悉的社區中健康愉快地生活。
我們於二零一四至一五年間為服務使用者
提供多項增值服務，包括旅行、義工探訪
及禮品包等，讓服務使用者感受無限溫暖。

愛鄰網絡於本年度獲得匯豐銀行慈善基
金、平等機會委員會及盈愛行動之支持，

關愛秀茂坪」計劃，透過不同
類型的興趣小組、戶外旅行及參觀、家居
探訪、節慶活動及健康主題活動等，服務

人次，讓長期病患者認識更多朋
友，建立支援網絡。此外，我們獲得不少
機構、私人企業及社區人士捐贈，包括現
金、食品及日用品等，超過
4,000
人次受
惠。我們亦與不同機構及團體合作，安排
探訪超過
1,100
人次，為獨居及有需要的長
期病患者送上關懷。
長者日間護理中心
我們的服務對象是觀塘區內
60
歲或以上、
患有中度至嚴重體弱的長者。於二零一四
至一五年期間，中心提供共
11,120
次日間
照顧，並舉辦哥爾夫球班、縫紉班、書法
班及硬地滾球班，協助長者重拾自信和生
活趣味。除春、秋兩季旅行及參觀博物館
外，長者亦前往殯儀館及長生店參觀，認
識新式殯儀方式。區內幼稚園、慈善團體

include personal care, simple nursing care, general physical exercise,
general domestic duties, escort service, purchase and delivery of
daily necessities, meal provision, etc. In 2014/15, we provided a
string of value-added services for our service users including picnics,
home visits and gift packs, bringing warmth to our service users.
Good Neighbour Network (GNN)
Funded by the Hongkong Bank Foundation, the Equal Opportunities
Commission and Mission of Love, GNN organized a series of
programmes including “Neighborhood Network Project”, “Sharing
the Sparky Lifestyle with Our Neighbors”, “Pass on the Love Message,
Break the Discrimination” and “Caring Together to Be A Good
Neighbor” in 2014/15. An attendance of over 1,500 was recorded
for various forms of activities such as interest classes, outdoor
activities, home visits, festive celebrations, health activities, etc.
which allowed our chronically-ill members to meet new friends
and broaden their social support network. Moreover, GNN received
donations from different agencies, private corporations and
community in the form of cash, food and daily necessities to the
benefit of 4,000-plus individuals. We also collaborated with various
organizations and groups to conduct over 1,100 home visits to our
singletons or needy members.
Day Care Centre for the Elderly
We serve clients aged 60 or above in the Kwun Tong district who
suffer from moderate to severe levels of physical impairment.
Throughout 2014/15, we recorded 11,120 attendances. We also
introduced various classes including golf, sewing, calligraphy and
boccia to enrich the ageing life of the elderly and enhance their self-
esteem. Besides picnics and museum visits, elderly at our centre
toured a mortuary and a casket shop to know more about trendy
funeral ceremonies as well. Visits were paid by kindergartens,
