家庭西醫服務
我們轄下六間家庭醫學診所（包括新開設的
聯合那打素彩頤健康中心）於二零一四至
一五年間的總服務人次為

包括疫苗注射、女士保健服務、基層預防
和二級預防。六間診所為

長期病患者跟進服務，佔總病人數目

。
同時，我們繼續積極參與政府資助的「長者
醫療劵計劃」、「長者疫苗資助計劃」及「長
者健康評估先導計劃」，務求為長者提供優
質而經濟的醫療服務。
牙科服務
本部現有八位全職牙科醫生於五間牙科診
所提供基本牙科服務、植牙及矯齒等服
務，但專業人才招聘問題令二零一四至
一五年間的服務人次下調至
29,491
，當中
有
32%
為綜援受助者，較上年度少
3.6%
。
我們已於二零一四年九月底完成由食物及
衞生局資助為期三年的「長者基礎牙科外展
服務先導計劃」，期間於觀塘及北區安老院
舍及日間護理中心舉辦牙科護理及口腔護
理講座，共
5,395
名長者受惠。
Preventive Medicine & Clinical Service
Family Medicine Service
The total patient attendance of our six family medicine clinics
(including the newly-opened UCN Cheerful Health Centre)
was 81,422 in 2014/15, 28% of whom were aged 65 or above;
vaccination, well woman clinic, primary prevention and secondary
prevention topped the service demands during the year. The clinics
recorded an attendance of 10,364 for chronic disease follow-up
services, making up for 13% of the total cases. Also, we continued
to take part in the government funded “Elderly Health Care Voucher
Scheme”, “Elderly Vaccination Subsidy Scheme” and “Elderly Health
Assessment Pilot Programme” (EHAPP) to provide the aged with
quality and affordable health care services.
Dental Service
Our eight full-time dentists provide services such as general dentistry,
implant and orthodontics at five dental clinics. Yet, difficulty in
recruitment of professional staff caused the total number of dental
visits in 2014/15 to reduce to 29,491, a 3.6% decline from last year;
recipients of the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance accounted
for 32% of the total attendance. By the end of September 2014, we
had completed a three-year outreach project subsidized by the Food
and Health Bureau to provide primary oral care to the elderly in day
care centres and nursing homes located in Kwun Tong and the North
District. A total of 5,395 elderly benefited from the project.
