  疫情下也沒有停止探訪居於鄉郊的病人
Patient visits in rural area have not been stopped even under COVID-19
前言
在二零二零至二零二一年度,那打素外展 復康事工團隊不斷調整服務安排,以應對 2019 冠狀病毒病疫情下的工作挑戰,尤是 作為長者服務使用者較多的外展復康和護 理團隊,如何確保探訪或服務時以最有效 的防感染措施,保護服務使用者和團隊是 我們最大的挑戰。
自二零二一年三月起,團隊每週接受 2019 冠狀病毒病抗原測試(接種疫苗超過 14 天 的員工除外),確保無病毒感染。除此以外, 團隊還嘗試不同服務模式,如在疫情爆發 高峰期間,員工可選擇部分時間在家工作, 並採取遙距復康或護理措施,包括以電話 方式跟進未能探訪的服務使用者,以及利 用即時通訊軟件或視頻來提供線上培訓服 務。總括而言,本年度的家訪總次數與去 年相約,而我們的員工和服務使用者亦安 全無受感染。
Prologue
In 2020/2021, the Nethersole Outreaching Rehabilitation Mission (NORM) team constantly adjusted service arrangements to cope with the challenges of the COVID-19 epidemic, especially as an outreach, rehabilitation and nursing team with a large number of elderly service users, and how to ensure that the most effective infection control measures were used to protect the service users and our team during visits. It was our biggest challenge in this ongoing epidemic.
Since March 2021, the team has undergone weekly COVID-19 antigen tests (except for employees who have been vaccinated for more than 14 days) to ensure that there was no virus infection. The team also tuned different service model. For example, during the peak of the epidemic, employees could choose to work from home part of the time and take remote rehabilitation or nursing measures, including follow-up services via telephone calls for users who cannot be visited. They also used instant messaging software and video to provide online training services. All in all, the total number of home visits this year was about the same as last year, and our employees and service users were safe and uninfected.
