由心出發復康班
「由心出發復康班」同樣受疫情影響，曾一 度暫停上課。其後，在嚴格執行醫院防感 染控制措施下恢復服務，但每班人數需要 減少一半，部份身體檢測和招募參加者也 受影響，令本年度的參加人數只有原定目 標的五成共53名，開辦17個班組和136 堂課，總參與人次為 415，平均參與率超 過九成。病人接受復康訓練後，身體機能 和生活質素都有顯著改善。
長者社區照顧服務券
本年度的整體服務需求繼續穩步增長， 由去年 14 名服務使用者增至 26 名，增長 86%，而總家訪次數僅增加 41% 至 764 次， 主要是服務使用者擔憂受感染而主動要求 延遲探訪服務，待疫情消退才繼續復康練 習。
H.E.A.R.T Rehabilitation Programme
The ''H.E.A.R.T Rehabilitation Programme'' was also affected by the epidemic and had to be temporarily suspended. Afterwards, the programme was resumed under strict implementation of hospital infection control measures. The class size had to be reduced by half and the physical examinations and recruitment of participants were also affected. This year, the number of participants was only 50% of the original target, a total of 53 people. There were 17 groups and 136 classes. The total number of participants was 415, and the average participation rate exceeded 90%. After receiving rehabilitation training, the patients' functional capacity and quality of life have significantly improved.

Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly
Overall service demands of Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly (CCSV) continued to grow steadily, from 14 service users last year to 26, an increase of 86%, while the total number of home visits only increased by 41% to 764. This was because service users concerned about being infected and thus requested postponement of visits. They would resume rehabilitation exercises after the epidemic subsides.
