本院繼續鼓勵員工參與各式計劃，從而促 進以人為本的文化及加強他們對那打素大 家庭的歸屬感。年內，本院繼續加強員工 間的緊密關係，舉辦「日行一讚」活動， 鼓勵員工稱讚同事及下屬。 截至二零二一 年三月三十一日，該活動共收到 447 張感 謝卡。此外，我們亦致力透過部門探訪、 委員會會議及各式平台，包括網誌、職員 論壇、聯網通訊及網上論壇等渠道，維持 與各級職員之間的有效溝通。

The Hospital has continued to engage staff through various initiatives in fostering a people-oriented culture and strengthening the sense of belonging in the Nethersole family. During the year, the hospital continued to strengthen the good rapport among staff members, organizing ''A Praise for Each Day'' campaign encouraged staff members to praise their colleagues and subordinates. As at 31 March 2021, 447 appreciation cards were received under the Campaign. Besides, we also strive to maintain effective communication with staff members at all levels through department visits, committee meetings and various kinds of platform, including blog, staff forum, cluster newsletter, and online forum.
