NORM
在二零零六年開始使用「病人資料電
腦系統」，至今已達八年。系統功能於年內
進行更新，並新增多項功能以更準確及快
捷作出數據統計及報告，也簡化人手編排
家訪的流程，減輕人手處理數據資料，提
升工作效率。
未來兩年，我們將展開與香港中文大學那
打素護理學院合作的「
NORM
外展復康服務
模式的成效評估」研究計劃，期望透過研
究結果，優化服務模式及確定其價值和效
用，讓相關政府部門及社會人士瞭解
NORM
的服務及成效，最終擴展外展復康服務至
大埔及北區以外的全港各區，讓有需要的
市民受惠。

回顧過往
15
年服務歲月中，
NORM
經歷不
同階段和挑戰。隨着老齡人口增加及「居
家安老」概念漸受重視，可以預期市民對
NORM
的服務需求將會不斷增加。面對這個
挑戰，
NORM
將堅持不斷探索及改善，期望
我們的服務使用者能得到更全面及優質的
服務。
Service Enhancement
During the reporting period, we started to upgrade our client
database system which had been used for eight years since
2006. This upgrade exercise aimed to update the softwares with
new functions. Upon its completion, our working efficiency
would be enhanced with the responsive and reliable statistics
and reports generated, as well as a more simplified home visit
scheduling system.
In the coming two years, we would start an effectiveness research
with The Nethersole School of Nursing, CUHK. With the findings
of the research, we would expect more feedback to enhance our
service model and to upgrade the service, as well as to affirm our
service effectiveness. As a result, the Government and the public
will recognize our service and contribution. In the future, we hope
NORM’s model can be extended beyond Tai Po and North District
to other districts of Hong Kong, and benefit the people in need in
society as a whole.
Looking Forward
In retrospect, NORM experienced different stages of development
and different challenges in the past 15 years. With the ever increasing
aged population and the general acceptance of the concept of
“ageing in place”, we expect a surge in the demand of NORM’s
Home-Based Rehabilitation Service. In facing this challenge, NORM
is committed to continuous exploration and improvement, to deliver
quality service to our service users.
