雅麗氏何妙齡那打素醫院本着「全人治
療」的宗旨，早於一九五零年代聘任專責
教牧同工擔任病室的福音事工，八零年代
委任專業院牧以關顧病者及其家人身、
心、社、靈的需要，同時也加強對員工的
牧養及福音工作。後於一九九七年六月起
開辦「臨床牧關教育」訓練課程，培訓專
業院牧和教牧，該訓練課程達國際水平，
並於一九九九年獲美國臨床牧關教育協
會（
ACPE
）督導們評定為亞太區的典範。
二零零二年起，本會的院牧服務重整架構
為「那打素牧關事工」以配合更多元化之服
務發展，服務範圍現已拓展至院內之中醫
Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital
This Hospital is located on a site of 5.6 hectares in Tai Po and has
started its operation since January 1997 as a reprovision of the
century old hospital in Bonham Road, Hong Kong. It is an acute
general hospital currently with 490 in-patient beds and 65 places of
day hospital service as at 31 March 2015.
Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital
The Hospital has commenced service since 1993 on a ten hectare
site in Chai Wan on Hong Kong Island. It has 1,673 beds and
provides a comprehensive range of clinical and supporting services
to members of the public at a high and professional standard.
Nethersole Chaplaincy Ministries
With a mission for “Holistic Care”, the Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole
Hospital appointed a designated pastoral staff to look after
the religious work in the wards in the early 1950’s. In 1980’s, a
professional Chaplain was appointed to provide clinical pastoral care
to patients and their family members with the aim to promulgate
compassionate love to meet their physical, psychological, social
and spiritual needs; in the same way, pastoral care and evangelistic
work to the staff was strengthened. Clinical Pastoral Education
(CPE) programmes have been introduced in the Hospital since
June 1997 to train professional chaplains and church ministers.
The CPE programmes have attained international standard and
were accredited by the supervisors of the Association for Clinical
Pastoral Education (ACPE) of USA in 1999 and recognized as a role
