護康院自二零零七年十一月起投入服務，
七年多來致力提供優質的全人照顧，服務
廣受歡迎，二零一四至一五年度平均入住
率為
93%
。社會福利署繼續邀請本院提供
22
個「護養院買位計劃」服務宿位，另外
本院亦接受「靈實家居照顧隊」的邀請，提
供兩個宿位予「離院長者綜合支援計劃」服
務，讓基督教聯合醫院的出院病人能獲得
短暫住宿照顧，以紓緩醫院床位擠擁情況
及提供切合他們復康需要的訓練。
United Christian Nethersole Care Home
United Christian Nethersole Care Home (UCNH) has commenced
operation since November 2007 and has dedicated to the provision of
high quality holistic care to our residents for seven years. Our service
has been well received and recognized. The average enrolment
rate was 93% in 2014/15. UCNH was invited by the Social Welfare
Department to provide 22 bed places of “Nursing Home Place
Purchase Scheme”. UCNHwas also invited by the Haven of Hope Home
Support Team to provide two transitional residential care beds to the
patients discharged from the United Christian Hospital requiring
short-term rehabilitation service before they return home.
