本年度，學院與醫院護理部合作設計全新
的工作坊課程 —「團隊融合及文化塑造」，
將部門核心價值揉合於團隊活動中，激發
參加者的討論及思考如何在臨床實踐上推
動和深化核心價值。參加者對課程的評鑑
滿意。
A new programme, “Team Alignment and Culture Transformation
for Breakthrough Performance Workshop”, designed collaboratively
with the Nursing Department of a hospital has been initiated
this year. By blending the core values of the department in
group activities, the workshop encouraged discussion among
participants and stimulated thoughts on ways to actualize and enrich
the values and concepts in clinical practice. Participants’ feedbacks
were satisfactory.
本港一所新成立的基督教私立專上學院邀
請學院參與教學計劃，學院為其通識教
育科提供與全人健康相關的課程計劃書，
冀能向青年群體推廣全人健康理念和生活
模式。
A newly established Christian private college in Hong Kong
has invited NICHE to participate in an education project. NICHE
has submitted a proposal outlining the design of a curriculum
concerning holistic health for the college’s general education
subject, hoping to promote the concept and lifestyle of holistic
health to the youth.
