新生參加，陣容鼎盛

二零一四年九月首辦開學儀式，教授與學生在傳遞燭火後合唱院歌「矜憫為懷」

一如過往，學院配合香港中文大學那打素
護理學院，為護理學士班、護理碩士班
及老年學學士班學生，舉辦入學前的迎新
營、迎新講座、畢業班講座及畢業典禮，
介紹及分享「矜憫為懷」的理念和實踐，盼
望將優良文化傳統向護理新一代交棒並承
傳延續。本年度更為學士班舉辦開學禮，
在學業之始以「薪火相傳」儀式來激勵同學
重視護理專業身分、用心做好護理學問。
As before, NICHE coordinated with The Nethersole School of Nursing,
CUHK, in organizing different activities for its nursing students of
bachelor, master and gerontology programmes. They included the
orientation talk to the newcomers before the start of semester,
talks to the final year students and the graduation ceremony. In the
activities, the philosophy and practice of “compassionate love” were
introduced and shared, with the hope that the new generation of
nursing profession can inherit and pass on the valuable tradition
and culture. A commencement ceremony has also been organized
for bachelor students this year. The “Pass-it-on” ritual was performed
during the ceremony, in order to motivate the students at the start
of their studies to embrace their identity of nursing profession with
faith and engage in their nursing studies with heart.
