今年港島東醫院聯網與
14
個社區伙伴合辦
一年一度的第九屆醫社合作研討會，在各
個界別的同工支持和熱烈參與下，於二零
一四年七月十二日在港島東醫院聯網醫療
管理及臨床科技培訓中心圓滿舉行，活動
吸引超過
420
多位來自醫療界、社福界、病
人組織、區議會及學界人士等出席。今屆
的主題是「醫社齊心同創建
邁向健康新旅
程」，透過分享聯網內不同形式的醫社合作
計劃及社區資源運用的經驗，推廣醫社服
務以滿足病人在社區復康的需要。
HKEC Symposium on Community Engagement IX
“Journey for a Healthy Community – Choice,
Collaboration and Continuum of Care”
The annual HKEC Symposium on Community Engagement jointly
organized by HKEC and 14 community partners was successfully
held on 12 July 2014 at HKEC Training Centre for Healthcare
Management & Clinical Technology. There were more than
420 participants including clinical professionals, NGOs, patient
associations, district councillors and scholars. The theme of this year
was “Journey for a Healthy Community – Choice, Collaboration and
Continuum of Care”. Participants had fruitful sharing on medical
and social collaboration experiences which further promoted the
culture of seamless healthcare to meet the needs of patients on
community rehabilitation.
