卓越伙伴獎(企業)」,表揚為精神病患者、
長期病患者及他們的家屬,建立了更多關
懷網絡,鞏固社區層面的支援力量。

作為精神病康復者及其家屬連接社區復康
資源的平台,精神健康資源中心透過自
二零零九年成立的「天空海闊家友站」服務
提供不同種類之病人賦能活動,以連結更
多社區復康資源,促進病人的復康進程。
過去三年,精神健康資源中心連同精神科
攜手以「策略伙伴」的角色,支援浸信會愛
羣社會服務處及利民會共同合辦、並由社
區投資共享基金撥款資助之「家」陪同心社
區網絡計劃,於東區醫院推展服務,以及
社區資源聯繫之項目。另外,精神健康資
源中心於去年繼續拓展多元化之社區網絡
活動,提升病人於社區復康的參與,主要
合作伙伴包括:浸信會愛羣社會服務處、
利民會、香港家庭福利會及香港明愛。
Partnership with Community Stakeholders
HKEC was awarded the “Outstanding Partnership Award (Enterprise)”
through two projects, “SMARTCare” and “Family Networks at
Community” for chronic and psychiatric patients, as well as their
families, by The Community Investment Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of the
HKSAR Government in December 2014. The award recognized the
establishment of cross-sectoral collaborative platform and mutual
help network.
Community Empowerment: Establishment of Mental-
health-friendly Community for Psychiatric Patients
As the service platform for connecting psychiatric patients and
their carers with community rehabilitation resources, Mental Health
Resource Centre has been providing various patient empowerment
programmes through the “Fans@Beyond Bounds” Project since
2009. In the past three years, Mental Health Resource Centre and
Department of Psychiatry have been invited to be the “strategic
partners” to support the implementation of The Community
Investment Inclusion Fund (CIIF) Project “Family Networks at
Community”, which were co-organized by Baptist Oi-kwan Social
Service and Richmond Fellowship Hong Kong, for enhancing the
community support to patients and carers. Mental Health Resource
Centre continued to develop various community networking
programmes to enhance patient engagement in community
rehabilitation. Chief collaboration partners were Baptist Oi-kwan
Social Service, Richmond Fellowship Hong Kong, Hong Kong Family
Welfare Society, and Caritas Hong Kong.
