Epilogue
In building on the strength and foundations laid down in the HA
and cluster plans, and leveraging the collective efforts of the team of
professionals, remarkable milestones have been achieved on various
fronts in the year of 2014/15. Despite the fact that we are facing
significant challenges in the delivery of high quality people-centred
care, we are ready to move on with confidence to enhance the health
and well-being of the residents with the unfailing support and trust
from the community at large.
