本院繼續透過大埔健康安全城市計劃向社
區夥伴宣揚健康訊息。在本院專業醫護團
隊全力支持下，大埔健康安全城市督導工
作委員會繼續宣揚健康安全訊息，為不同
性別、年齡、社區網絡人士及處境而舉辦
社區活動。本院聯同大埔健康安全城市督
導工作委員會、救世軍大埔長者綜合服務
和社會福利署，與大埔醫院於二零一五年
一月三十一日假大明里廣場主辦一項社區
活動，即場為參加者進行健康檢查和示範
運動。來自醫務社會工作部、物理治療
部、職業治療部和社康護理服務的員工均
在活動中擔任義工，為大埔居民提供健康
檢查、主持健康講座和示範八段錦運動。
活動吸引超過
300
位長者參與。
過去一年，本院亦積極與世界各地合作夥
伴建立關係，並與持份者、醫護人員保
持聯繫，務求提升本港人口的整體健康
狀況。由健康城市聯盟中國香港支部和
全港十八區健康城市代表團聯合主辦的
健康城市聯盟國際大會已於二零一四年
十月二十九日至十一月一日舉行。本院作
為參與機構之一，於口述報告環節中發表
了本院急症室處理單車受傷個案的數據分
析結果。
Enhance Partnership with Patients and Community
Tai Po Safe and Healthy City (TPSHC) Project continues to be the
springboard of AHNH to promote health through community
partnership. Leveraging the immense wealth of medical expertise
at AHNH, TPSHC Steering and Working Committee continued to
roll out a wide range of community programmes, promulgating
safety and health across genders, ages, networks and situations.
In collaboration with the TPSHC Steering and Working Committee,
Salvation Army Tai Po Integrated Service Centre and Social
Welfare Department, AHNH and TPH organized the captioned
programme featuring health check and exercise on 31 January
2015 in Tai Ming Lane Square. Staff members from Medical
Social Work Department, Physiotherapy Department, Occupational
Therapy Department and Community Nursing Services volunteered
at the event, offering health check, health talks and demonstrating
Baduanjin class for Tai Po residents. Over 300 elders participated
in the activity.
During the year, AHNH also forged partnership with global
partners, communicating with our stakeholders and networking
with the practitioners to improve the overall health status of the
population. The Global Conference of the Alliance for Healthy
Cities, organized by the China Hong Kong Chapter, Alliance for
Healthy Cities in collaboration with the Healthy City representative
bodies of 18 districts of Hong Kong, was held from 29 October
2014 to 1 November 2014. AHNH, being one of the participating
organizations, took part in the oral presentation session, presenting
the key findings of bicycle injuries from Accident and Emergency
(A&E) attendance of AHNH.
