The AHNH & TPH HCE Soccer Cup 2014 was held from 17 October 2014
to 9 February 2015 and staff from the two hospitals had gone through
17 matches
本院繼續透過不同措施鼓勵員工投入參
與,建立以人為本的文化和加強彼此身為
那打素家庭一員的歸屬感。我們於年內舉
辦了多項活動,從策略規劃工作坊到康樂
活動等應有盡有。本院透過多元化的溝通
渠道,包括網誌、員工論壇、聯網刊物、
與員工代表定期會面、網上論壇等,促進
同事間的坦誠溝通,加強與各級員工的
聯繫。
The Hospital continued to engage staff through various initiatives
in fostering a people-oriented culture and strengthening the sense
of belonging in the Nethersole family. During the year, various
activities were organized, ranging from strategic planning workshop
to recreational events. Communication channels of various kinds
including blog, staff forum, cluster newsletter, regular meeting with
staff representatives and online forum facilitate open and effective
communications and strengthen rapport with staff members at
all levels.
